Refund policy

Mistakes during transit happen. 

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If your art arrived damaged upon delivery, please email freywallart@gmail.com and attach up to 5 photos on the damaged print. Please include at least 3 pictures of the actual damage on the print showing a close up of the damage, a distant photo showing the entire print with damage and 2 images of the actual damage to the packaging. This is so we can process the claim with the shipping company. Please do not discard of the damaged print, we will give you instructions on how to handle the return in the case of a damaged print. Since our art is made to order and unique, it is final sale unless damaged during transit.
