Terms of service

All logos, videos, photos, artwork, and all other visual media on this site and our social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) is our property. Using any of our photos, videos, logos, designs, and visual media without our permission is strictly prohibited.

Any projects that we work on are not to be sold again or used to make money by our client. For example, if we shoot a 2 million dollar listing for you and it doesn’t sell, you ARE NOT allowed to resell those photos to the next listing agent or fellow agent in your office. Furthermore, if a company/broker uses our photos for a listing without our consent it is strictly prohibited.

By hiring our company to shoot your project, you agree to a non-exclusive agreement to use the photography and videography for any of your marketing purposes. This DOES NOT grant the approval of third-party websites or apps to use our photos for their company and we “Frey Visual Arts” and “Raymond Frey” own the master ownership to the rights of the photos, graphics, and videos.
